Personal Information: Includes name, e-mail address, and daytime phone number. This information is stored in My Account. When personal information is updated, new information replaces old information.
Billing Information: Includes name, billing address, and daytime phone number. If as a student you use a parent’s credit card, billing information refers to the parent. This information is stored in My Account and in the records of your on-line orders. When billing information is updated, new information replaces old information only in My Account.
Shipping Information: Includes name, shipping address, and daytime phone number. If someone else is the recipient of an order, shipping information refers to that person. This information is stored in My Account and in the records of your on-line orders. When shipping information is updated, new information replaces old information only in My Account.
Payment Information: Includes a credit card’s type, number, expiration date, and imprinted user’s name. When you pay by Campus Express Club, payment information includes only your PolyCard ISO Number as substitute for the account number. This information is stored in the records of your textbook reservations and on-line orders, but never in My Account.
